Helping Forge a Consensus in Mediation
In my mediation practice, I act as a neutral third party between two spouses or family members in a divorce or other family law issue. In mediation, the parties meet not as adversaries, but as participants hoping to reach a mutual understanding. My role as a mediator is not to decide these issues as a judge would, but to help each person find areas of common ground and build his or her own solutions.
